一、勋章规定：
1、本版将采用双勋章制度，即心情咖啡勋章与水王勋章并存
2、心情咖啡勋章与水王勋章不可同时获得，即拥有咖啡勋章后次月才可申请水王勋章，或者拥有水王勋章后次月才可申请咖啡勋章
3、申请心情咖啡勋章与水王勋章的每周活跃会员链接不可共用
4、用于申请心情咖啡勋章的每周活跃会员链接不可用于申请水王勋章，反之同理
二、心情咖啡勋章获得方式：
1、申请者须在本版活跃30天以上，即申请者所发帖子的第一帖和最后一贴必须间隔30天，否则不予审核
2、必须获得4次每周活跃会员的称号，即获得4次500DB或300DB的奖励，获跟帖奖励者不作数
3、申请时必须带上25贴加分在15DB及以上的链接，以及4次每周活跃会员的链接
　 这25贴要在30天内平均铺开，不得出现突击现象
4、回复数将首次采用不限制的方式，就是每帖必回
5、心情咖啡勋章一律月中或月底推荐，其它时间概不受理
三、 水王勋章获得方式：
水王勋章将与每周活跃会员捆绑
即在每周活跃会员评选中4次获得500DB者将获得水王勋章
注：每月月初（1-3号）月中（15-17号）进行推荐
其余时间不受理
四、勋章申请格式
1、心情咖啡勋章申请格式

2、水王勋章申请格式
申请ID：
每周活跃会员链接：把4次获得500DB的链接附上
