Just the teacher is the perfection of wisdom, just the perfection of wisdom is the teacher. From perfect wisdom all Buddhas come forth.

你的生活就像一本书。标题页是你的名字，前言是你对世界的介绍。每一页都记录着你每天的努力、尝试、快乐、挫折和成就。你的思想作为，天天都写在你的生命册上。
Your life is like a book. The title page is your name, the preface your introductions to the world. The pages are a daily record of your efforts, trials, pleasures, discouragements & achievements. Day by day your thoughts and acts are being inscribed in your book of life.

想想改变自己有多困难，你就会明白你改变别人的机会有多小。
Consider how hard it is to change urself and you'll understand what little chance you have in trying to change others.

成为别人微笑的理由。成为一个人感受到爱并相信人性善良的理由。
Be the reason someone smiles. Be the reason someone feels loved and believes in the goodness in people.

不要追逐别人。努力工作，做你自己。根据这两个原则，正确的人会找到他们的方式进入你的生活。
Don't chase other people. Work hard and be yourself. Under these two principles, the right people will find their way into your life.

Don't even think about following the crowd. Carve your own path. That's how you discover yourself and what you want in life.

If you keep running back to the person you need to walk away from, you'll never create space for better things to arrive.

为了做出一个好的决定，你需要知道你在哪里，你的选择是什么，以及什么事实在告诉你。记住，很少只有一个选择。
To make a good decision, you need to know where you are, what your choices are, and what facts are telling you. Remember, there is rarely only one option.

正感激你呼吸的空气，你喝的水，你吃的食物，把你生命的每一部分都变成金子。
Be truly grateful for the air that you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat, and turn every part of your life into gold.
