yes its very simple i was read that bug on cheating site and its Undetectable for CD VAC Steam Anykind of AntiCheat..
For Wallhack:
1)Open HL
2)Go Video Modes
3)Select d3d mode
4)Go game
5)When connected press Windows or Escape key and wait 3-5 secs..
tata you will have trans walls
For Fullbright
type
gl_overbright 1
have fun
for closing wallhack type gl_d3dflip 1 but you cant enable it again
