Is it possible for someone to take a 1.6 source and implement player esp by doing the following:

1: Get player location (COORDS: X, Y) [Start Origin]--, -- both in different "frames" or in different "times"
2: Get player location (COORDS: X, Y) [End Origin]---'
3: Calculate the distance moved by end origin - start origin
4: compare it to normal walking/jumping/ducking speed
5: do some math, more math, then some more math
6: then display speed ESP

what im saying is, to get the start origin at one point, then a few milliseconds, seconds or frames later, get an end origin, then calculate it all together..

i know it HAS to be possible.. someone please write up something to get this work..

Sure.It's possible,but it's very diffcult to make.
1.Speedhacks,usually there is a very high multipie of speed,like 64x,128x,etc..The fastest hack that i ever saw,is 1200x(in fact it's 800x).And as you know,our graphic card(s) can't reach this speed(Geforce 8800 Ultra Sli cant do this,too).And because of PING,we cant reach this speed too.So,use your calculate,that's not too accurate.
2.CS is not American drag races,we can't promise that we walk straight.So we need to know the length of the route he walked.But with high speed and PING,we cant know it and calculate it well.

PS:I only know a few of VB.
