下面我就来介绍steam的安装和注册帐号的方法。
1.首先登录steam官方网站
http://store.steampowered.com/，然后点击下图所示的那个绿色的，写着“Get Steam Now Free Download"的方框

2.点击之后出现下图所示的对话框，选“保存文件”（当然你也可以通过迅雷之类的下载工具下载）
3. 下载完毕
4.在下载文件夹下找到下图所示的文件，双击运行。
6.出现下图所示窗口，选“Next”
7. 选“I accept the license agreement AND I am 13 years of age or older.”，然后选“Next”
8.选择你的网络带宽, 然后选“Next”
9.选择你使用的语言。大陆用户请选 Chinese (Simplified) , 港澳台用户请选Chinese (Traditional)。什么？你问我“如果我偏好英文界面，我该怎么做？” 我的回答是：“那你来这干什么？你不是能看懂英文吗？出去！！”
不管你刚才选择了什么语言，选好了之后记着点“Next"
10.选择steam的安装路径。如果您不想把steam安装到下图所示的文件夹里的话，点“Browse”以选择您自己的安装路径。选好之后点“Install”
11.安装完成之后，点“Finish”
12.安装完成，steam初次运行。这个阶段steam会登录主服务器以检查更新。如果您在第9步选择语言的界面选择了中文，从这里开始，steam的操作界面就都是中文的了。
13.更新完毕，您需要登录steam。如果您以前有steam帐号，请点“作为一个已经存在的帐号登陆”，然后直接输入帐号名与密码即可登录steam。 如果您以前没有，就注册一个。点“创建一个新的帐号”
14.点“我同意”
15.在此填入您的帐户名称和密码，然后点“下一步”
16.如果您的帐号名称已经被别人注册过，就会遇到这个界面。点“返回”回到第15步，换一个用户名，然后再继续。
17.好了！名字的问题解决了。现在请输入您的电子邮箱地址（必须是有效的），然后点“下一步”
18.steam将注册信息上传到主服务器......
19.最后，steam会让您选择一个安全问题作为丢失密码后的应急措施。选一个问题并填上答案，然后点“下一步”
20.所有步骤完成！信息上传中.......
21.注册成功！！不过，下图中显示的帐号和密码是我为了这次演示而随便注册的。我在steam上用的是另一个帐号。确认注册信息无误后，点“下一步”
22.点击“完成”以结束安装。
