怀旧是人性共通之处吧。同样是文革的六十年代，内地也有很多人怀旧它并念好它，虽然那是一个异常酷烈的年代。《岁月神偷》里也只轻描淡话了港人去京治病时见到大陆人板车拉病患求治，结果刚到医院大门口就死了，不过是雪地上留下一滩血而已。
印象中香港电影多是匪警片、搞笑无厘头片、武打武侠古装片、恐怖片等商业片，很少有点象样的文艺剧情片。文革时香港受内地影响甚巨，曾有香港左派仿效红卫兵造反港英当局，甚至发生过公然杀死著名电台时评员林彬、香港警员的事情。我曾看过左派香港电影人在七十年代时根据郭沫若诗剧《屈原》所改编的同名电影《屈原》，剧情也是根据“阶级斗争”理论来解读历史和塑造人物。印象中还有改革开放之初内地引进的大量港片，象《巴士奇遇结良缘》等，记得还有一部是根据巴尔扎克小说改编的电影，抨击资本主义金钱至上埋没人性的，名字一时记不起来了，只记得女儿继承大笔遗产后也决绝地“处理”了她的男友。其时有部片子很轰动，就是根据聊斋改编的《画皮》，据传在内地上映时，女鬼掏心那段戏在影院里确实吓死过人。那时内地观众少见多怪，很少看过资本主义的恐怖片，连日本三流电影《追捕》都看得津津有味，也难怪对血腥镜头要晕血甚至被吓死了。这期间大陆引进的港片，就我个人而言，印象中最好的似乎是《廉政风暴》，这部影片真是很好，记得我当时看了两遍还嫌不够。上世纪九十年代，香港商业片在内地遍地开花，武打片都看腻，周星驰的搞笑片看过不少，象刘青云主演的《呆佬拜寿》之类娱乐片也风行一时。香港商业娱乐片的共同点就是轻松、搞笑，不过大多数也就是看过即忘，过些时候连些情节都回忆不起来，不会给人留下过深印象。
这部《岁月神偷》以内地人来看，也就一般般了。剧情有些很老套，穷小子爱上了富家女，但好人薄命，可惜患绝症白血病死掉了。阶级差别在心理上的反映，影中刻画得很好。一些画面直接采用了六十年代香港的老照片、老纪录片里的片断，对于港人来说确能引发怀旧之感吧。本片亮点也就是音乐和插曲吧，都是曾经在六十年代香港流行的歌曲，用它们象珍珠般串起影片情节，有点贾樟柯电影里善用当年流行歌曲串起情节及提示和渲染时代氛围的味道，更增浓了怀旧情绪。
