Flo Rida（佛沃-里达）本名 Tramar Dillard，生于1979年9月17号，出生地为美国佛罗里达、Carol市。当然，他在舞台上的名字 Flo Rida 更为广大歌迷所熟悉。这个美国著名的嘻哈说唱歌手，年轻时曾是当地的嘻哈组合2 Live Crew的一员。
其实，Flo Rida 的成名之路备感艰辛。在北美的一些小地方打滚多年后，终在《舞力全开》主题曲《Low》的推波助澜下，突破1100万销售纪录，连续称霸Billboard排行榜10周的冠军，入列金氏世界纪录《2008年全美最热销数位单曲》，一举打响 Flo Rida 的知名度。接着，趁势推出首张专辑《Mail On Sunday》，夺下饶舌榜亚军+流行榜的第4名。到2009年入围葛莱美《最佳饶舌专辑》的“R.O.O.T.S.”仍然亮眼，其中主打《Right Round》，首周即开出636000次的数位销售天量，至今无人能打破。而第三张作品《Only One Flo (Part 1)》，搭配华裔导演朱浩伟掌镜的首部3D街舞电影《舞力全开3D》主题曲《Club Can’t Handle Me》，双霸英伦流行+舞曲榜冠军，可谓一时无两。。。
