干锅娃娃菜的做法

五花肉切薄片,茶树菇切两段,豆干切条,娃娃菜外层大块切成两块,里层小块不用切。虾米用凉水浸泡10分钟,大蒜分开蒜白,蒜青切小段。大蒜切大块,生姜片薄片

1.锅内放入盐,油烧至水开,放入娃娃菜焯水1分钟取出
2.将焯好水的娃娃菜放网筛内用手轻压,沥净水份

3.锅内烧2小匙油,放入五花肉片小火煸炒
4.煸至肉片熟时,放入大蒜,生姜片继续煸炒至肉色转淡黄色

5.放入虾干炒出香味,加入红油豆瓣酱炒出红油
6.加入豆干及茶树菇继续煸炒至熟

7.加入蒜白,生抽,砂糖,鸡精,芝麻油调味
8.最后加入焯水的娃娃菜及蒜青翻炒均匀即可

9.将干锅放火上加入1大匙油,冷油放入花椒,红椒炒出香味
10.再加入炒好的娃娃菜等,加盖焖1分钟,移上干锅炉即可
